I started my business career in Coventry selling security systems. Since then my business has been in the PR and advertising sector serving the healthcare market. I formed the Stourbridge Conservative Business group to enable me to learn at first hand from business people in the Black Country about the issues we face. In return my business group will provide opportunities to network, exchange ideas and hear interesting speakers from the worlds of business and politics.

Skills and the Black Country

David Willetts, Shadow Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills, visited Stourbridge College and met principal, Lynette Cutting and her colleagues, together with a dozen representatives of local business and public services. Margot James, Conservative Candidate for Stourbridge, and supporter of the College, facilitated the meeting.
