Margot James, MP for Stourbridge, has congratulated the team behind a new skate, scooter, and BMX park in Stourbridge, which officially opens on Saturday 29th November.

Speaking in a debate on human rights in Burma, Margot James welcomes progress and greater political freedoms in the country but she also raises ongoing concerns about the oppression of the Rohingya Muslim minority.

Margot James questions the Government about planning for future resettlement of vulnerable refugees from Syria in 2015 and 2016.

Forest Falcons JFC has organised a fund raising match to raise money for a school in Sri Lanka on Sunday 2nd November, to be held at Lye Town FC.

Margot James, MP for Stourbridge, has congratulated Marie Brenham for winning a Point of Light Award.

The Football Foundation has announced that two Stourbridge Football Clubs are to benefit from investment.

Christmas Card 2014 designed by Aaron-Ryan Samra

Margot James, MP for Stourbridge, has revealed that Aaron-Ryan Samra has won her annual Christmas card competition.

Each year, Margot runs a competition with a local group of students to design her Christmas card. This year, Margot asked students at Stourbridge College Art and Design Centre in Brierley Hill to design her a card. Winner Aaron is currently studying a one year Diploma in Foundation Studies Art & Design course, and is hoping to go on to study Graphic Design at university.
